Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with a course, you can request for a refund provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

Your refund request shall be in writing and that shall contain complete particulars of the buyer, the details of the course, date of purchase, proof of purchase and also the reasons for your cancellation.

Course purchased can be returned within 7 days of purchase and you are entitled for a refund of the course fees paid in the following manner:

If you request a refund within 1 day (24 hours) of purchasing the course, you are eligible for a refund of 80% of your fees (excluding applicable taxes, if any) paid after deducting collection or service charges, if any, incurred by us.

If you request a refund within 3 days of purchasing the course, you are eligible for a refund of 40% of your fees (excluding applicable taxes, if any) paid after deducting collection or service charges, if any, incurred by us.

If you request a refund after 3 days of purchasing the course, you are eligible for a refund of 25% of your fees (excluding applicable taxes, if any) paid after deducting collection or service charges, if any, incurred by us.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.

Excessive or Multiple refunds have been requested.

Users who have their account banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our terms will not be eligible to receive a refund. We do not grant refunds for any subscription services. These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your refund request is received, it is taken up for process and we will send you an email, within a period of ten working days, to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of fifteen working days from the date of approving your refund request. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
